Trip Note:
Trekking & mountain climbing in the Everest region are subject to unpredictable conditions. Domestic flights to & from Lukla are particularly weather-dependent, & unfavorable conditions in the mountains can lead to delays or cancellations. In such cases, any additional expenses, including food and accommodation, must be covered by the client.
Samsara Treks will ensure that all other scheduled arrangements are maintained and will cover any extra expenses incurred by guides and staff due to flight disruptions. Should you choose an alternative, such as a helicopter flight, to avoid delays, all related costs will be your responsibility.
Please be aware that Samsara Treks cannot assume responsibility for costs associated with missed international flights. However, we will assist in making alternative arrangements where possible. We strongly recommend allowing extra time in your itinerary when trekking or climbing in the Himalayas and ensuring your international flight tickets have flexible dates.
Additionally, while every effort is made to adhere to the planned itinerary, changes may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, natural disasters, adverse weather, or health issues.
